Hailing from rural South Australia, Georgie is a graduate of the Bachelor of Musical Theatre program at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University.
Shortly after graduating, Georgie made her professional debut playing Jan in the national tour of Grease: The Arena Experience (2018), and in 2019 originated the role of Rex Connor in The Dismissal, reprising her role at Sydney Theatre Company in 2021 (cancelled due to Covid-19) and in the rescheduled 2023 production. Georgie also plays Judy McGill in the Netflix comedy series God’s Favorite Idiot alongside Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone, and appeared in Peacock’s Joe vs Carole andYoung Rock for NBC.
Georgie is also a passionate singing and acting teacher, and has successfully coached many students to multiple offers at tertiary institutions for Musical Theatre and Acting. Georgie prides herself on being a supportive teacher who tailors her lessons to the student in the room and not applying a one size fits all approach.
